HOUSE KEEPING 2016

Hey guys & gals!

Once again, I welcome back to all those Tipsters who return for their 2nd season straight (or anywhere up to their 13th+ season straight!) in NZ Tiger's NRL Tipping Competition. It's great to have you back on board :)

Also a huge welcome to our new tipsters that have joined us this year! Hope you have a lot of fun tipping on a weekly basis & following another action packed season of NRL Rugby League! "First" times a charm hopefully huh?

Falvey (Sam Falvey) is our defending Tipping Champion - He scored a whopping 163 points last year to take out the 2015 title - can he be the first ever Tipster to go BACK TO BACK in the history of the competition?

WHAT ARE THE COMP RULES?

WHEN DO THE 2016 TOTAL PRIZE POOL & PRIZES GET ANNOUNCED?

This will be announced in the coming days. There will be prizes again for coming 1st (Tipping Champion), 2nd (Runner Up) and 3rd (2nd Runner Up) on the FootyTips Tipping Championship Ladder. There are also bonus prizes for coming 1st in your Pool.

I will compile everyone's forms and list everyone's Bonus Predictions on this blog site over the weekend. Again watch this space!

WHAT'S THIS FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE YOU SPEAK OF?

This Facebook page isn't just for banter, it's a page I'm beginning to use more and more to share NRL news, team lists & notify tipsters (by tagging them) if they haven't tipped. The facebook page is private so just ask to join HERE (https://www.facebook.com/groups/nztigers.nrl.tipping/) and I'll let you in.
If you're not a facebook user, thats cool. Keep an eye on your emails.

WHAT ARE THE BONUS POOLS THIS YEAR?

These have been drawn and this year consist of 3x Pools (A,B & C) of 15 & 1x Pool (D) of 14.

For those newbies, these Bonus Pools are an additional prize ($100) & your Bonus Predictions points go towards your Pools totals as they are confirmed later in the year (eg. Top 8, Wooden Spoon etc).
Note: Predictions points don't get added to the Tipping Championship Ladder.

WHAT ARE ADMIN RIGHTS?

Turning on FootyTips Admin rights will allow the admin (me) rights to edit your tips. This means I can enter a tip for you if you forget any given round.
A lot of the time, tipsters tend to forget that a round kicks off on a Thursday night and I tend to filter the Tipsters list into THOSE WHO HAVEN'T TIPPED on say a Wednesday night and leave a tip reminder on our Facebook page or FootyTips wall.

By allowing Admin Rights access, I will accept that as the tipster you are allowing me to tip the favourite for any upcoming match that isn't tipped. Note: I cannot enter or change a tip after a match has kicked off.

To set up Admin Rights on Footytips.com.au
Sign in. Go to Competitions (top of page), select NZ Tiger's 2016 Tipping. Then go to far right tab and select Settings. Under My Preferences and under 'Allow Admin Tip and Score Editing', select YES. Any probs with this, let me know.

CAN I TIP IN ADVANCE?

I can never stress this enough. We all get busy with work, family & school holidays etc etc.
It's never a bad idea to go in and tip a few weeks in advance. You can always go back and change any tip you've made before the game has kicked off.
